Payment Terms:
For new clients, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. For returning clients or long-term projects, customized payment plans can be arranged to ensure flexibility and convenience. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
Preferred Communication Style:
I value open and transparent communication throughout the design process. Clients can reach me via email or phone during business hours for inquiries, updates, or discussions about their project. Additionally, I provide regular progress updates and welcome feedback at every stage to ensure that the final design exceeds expectations. For urgent matters outside of business hours, clients can leave a message, and I'll respond promptly during the next available working day.
