Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
My typical work hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, I am flexible and may be able to accommodate work outside of these hours if needed. I do take weekends and holidays off, but I am available for urgent issues.
Payment Terms:
I require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work on your project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For larger projects, we can arrange a payment schedule that works for both parties. I accept payments through various methods, including Wise, bank transfer, or payoneer.
Preferred Communication Style:
I believe that open and ongoing communication is key to the success of any project. I prefer to communicate via email or phone, but I am also available for video conferences if necessary. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and provide regular progress updates throughout the project.
Project Scope:
Before beginning any project, we will discuss the scope and deliverables in detail. I will provide a written proposal outlining the timeline, budget, and project requirements. Any changes or additions to the scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before moving forward.
Revision Policy:
I understand that sometimes revisions may be necessary to ensure the final product meets your expectations. I offer a limited number of revisions (usually up to two rounds) free of charge. Additional revisions beyond that may incur additional fees.
