I've been in the BPO industry for more 4years as a Customer Service Representative for a gaming account ( non voice). I was assigned to be in email and chat support. Some of the tasks were researching information using available resources, manage and resolved customers inquiries, performs trouble shooting if need be and identifies and escalate priority issues. The following years I was moved to another line of business, this time my task is now being social moderator support for gaming account. My tasks were to be a social moderator on all applicable social channels such facebook fan page, twitter , pinterest and etc, performs community management, data collection, reporting, joins community discussions and handles escalation according to the social media process.
I graduated at Opol Community College and have taken Bachelor of Elementary Education major English. I'm a home buddy type who prefers to stay at home instead of going out. I'm into taking care of dogs. I have 2 pets namely piolo and coffee. They are my stress reliever. I like to watch movies during my leisure time. I usually go for romantice- comedy movies.
Work Terms
I can work from 7-9 hours with 2 days off or upon the client needs to do. Paypal seems like everyone is using right now but it depends with the client. If it is possible to have a weekly basis for the wage or every after 7 days but it depends with the client prefers.
