Training & Development Lead
I'm a training lead with experience in operations both as an agent and a supervisor. I have a professional certification for learning design and evaluation from Ateneo de Manila University. My operations and training experience includes lead generation, back office support, customer service, web content editing, inventory management, specialist support, and many more. Having handled more than 20 startup accounts, I have experienced multiple CRMs like Zendesk, Kustomer, Hubspot, and Salesforce, in addition to various editing, call, chat, and mail applications. I taught myself Google Sheets as an agent during my down time, at first to track my own productivity, then eventually learned to automate most of my tasks and reports as soon as I started in my leadership roles. I'm a dedicated and focused worker with a passion for learning and development.
