7 YEARS OF EXP IN CUSTOMER CARE CHAT AND EMAIL HANDLING

Born in 1977, my parents were teachers and I was brought up in an environment where there was always a talk of quality education. I have one younger brother. I am married and have a 4 year’s daughter.

I have been in customer service for the last 8 years and I am doing it through chat/emails. I have handled thousands of chat/emails and have satisfied my client as well as the customers I have assisted/served.

Being experienced in my profile, I am also involved in assessing the new hires for their quality of work. For this, I have gained the knowledge of spreadsheets for the preparation of dashboards (weekly/monthly scores of the specialists. I have also trained the new hires for their product knowledge and soft skills.

Hard work, velocity and preciseness of the given task are the major aspects of my way of doing the job. I can work for long and with accuracy. Although I am very new to Guru.com, I am sure I can fulfil my client’s expectations without any complaints.

Music is my hobby. I sing well and love to listen classic old songs.
