Work Terms
- Hours of Operation:
I am available for work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. However, I am flexible with working hours and can accommodate adjustments according to project requirements(+40hrs/week).
- Payment Terms:
I prefer to work on fixed-price projects, but I am open to considering hourly-based contracts as well. For fixed-price projects, I usually request a milestone-based payment structure, where payments are made upon the completion of specific project milestones. For hourly-based contracts, I utilize time tracking tools to provide accurate reports of the hours worked.
