I earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology. I earned a Master of Arts degree in General/Experimental Psychology. As an undergraduate, I helped start an academic journal at a local liberal arts college, as well as establishing the college's chapter in the national honor society for political science. My graduate work focused on issues surrounding children with disabilities.
