This is a Phillip and in advance thanks for reading my profile overview.
I am passionate about travelling and been to many places. Such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Switzerland and UK.
I have spent 5 year in United Kingdom and learned a lot during my UK trip. I love to take freelance projects because it gives me the feeling of being more independent and flexible.
I have mastery in Customer service and testing. I have client from USA, UK and Australia. To ensure the quality of my service I keep myself available as per Client requirements.
I use the latest project management methodologies like SDLC or Agile scrumb, etc. as per Client convenience. I do take care of the QC and testing through Mantis, which is very important part for any project as QC has to be done compulsory to identify bugs(If any) and to fix them up accordingly.

5)Regression testing and Usability Testing
I do test live websites on various platforms like mobile devices, tablets and laptops. I have performed testing on IE 8,9,10, Chrome, Firefox, safari, Opera, Iphone 4, Android Samsung 3 and Lumia 800,.
