My name is Prashant Shanker( Prashh) and I am a RYT500 yoga teacher, I had the privilege of training with proficient gurus and teachers in Rishikesh, India that entirely change my life.
Since then, to further continue my practice and strengthen my knowledge, I got an opportunity to teach hatha/ashtanga yoga and its related practice in Goa, India.

At the present time, I am teaching Hatha Yoga and its related practices, Meditation techniques, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Anatomy and Philosophy in Kathgodam, Uttarakhand, India.

We provide you a proper understanding and knowledge of Yoga from beginner to advance level.
You will experience every morning and evening asana practice with adjustments, modifications, and variations, Pranayama, Meditation techniques, yogic mudra's, bandha's, and shatkarma.

90 mins morning and evening classes with adjustment, modifications and variation cost INR 500/-

One week course INR 3,500/-

Two week course INR 6,500/-

Three week course INR 10,000/-

Four weeks course INR 12,500/-
