My quality is continuous willingness to learn new stuff and to create new ways to provide better
performance of existing practices. Fully convinced that brand exists only in customer experience.
Proud of being the first winner of AmChamps competition in 2014 (American Chamber of
Commerce in Serbia). Held five different roles in various customer care and CRM functions which gave me
comprehensive experience and consultancy skills in the field.
I have been acknowledged as the glue that binds groups together and boosts morale when
accomplishing various goals and tasks. I like to use humor to defuse tense situations because I’m assured
that every issue can be solved if there is a will to do it.
