I worked with many companies where i came across many difficulties, but i took it as challenge and was able to sustain in the industry. Mortgage industry is very vast and you need good knowledge to do the work. What i have learned from my previous experience is good eye for detail, good typing skills and good analyzing skill, because one wrong entry may lead to a loss, or the customer can come back asking for the explanation. I used to call the US tax collectors office and cross verify the tax details, owners details and other vital factors.
