I graduated from The University of San Francisco with a bachelors degree in Comparative Literature with an emphasis on writing. I've spent the years since college training in theater and film studies all across Los Angeles. I am an avid reader of self help literature and am well informed and interested in the Millennial generation experience and the expression of it.

"Rain fell on my face and I ate three powdered sugared beignets and drank two coffees with hot milk. The chairs in Cafe Du Monde were my favorite jungle green and the awning a green with white stripes to match. I thought about home and how Grandpa had died and was buried in a pretty coffin made of what looked like light pine. I thought of the flag the soldiers had folded, slowly, methodically, their boots clicking like old cowboys. They had handed the flag to Grandma and she barely grasped it with her tired hands. She wore her diamond platinum ring on her left hand and my Grandfather’s weblike gold ring on her right. I’d never seen her eyes glow that way, like she was alive and young and almost furious. I felt her fill with an adolescent rage. It’s funny how you can feel someone’s feelings sometimes. It’s strange that it doesn’t last longer and you forget and then you pretend to feel their feelings for their benefit."
