About

The creative process accompanying design is the most rewarding thing I've ever experienced. I will be honored to share my passion with you.

I started creating when I was a teenager, drawing hours to produce sometimes horrendous manga characters, portraits or landscapes. Talent and confidence was not part of my vocabulary, I ended up quitting (only for a few years!). After finishing my bachelor degree in Economics in the Philippines, I took a year to experience an other very different culture: Japan. This trip changed my life.
I found my calling on the hills of Kyoto looking upon the exceptionally beautiful gardens the city has to offer. Reflecting on what I wanted to do with my life was before this experience, very dreadful. After coming back from Japan, my path was chosen. It had to include a strong emphasis on Nature, and on creativity which eventually led me to choose Landscape Architecture.
The aesthetic inspiration has not left me since, my influences are traditional Japanese gardens as well as modern Japanese Architects such as Kengo Kuma.
Creating a visualization of a project from scratch is probably the most satisfying work I ever had the chance to produce. The creativity is limitless and the results constantly fascinate me. As a kid, I would have never imagined being able to create a world on a computer. If someone told me at that time I would be doing that 20 years from then, I would have called them crazy. But here we are, giving a piece of myself on every project because I absolutely love what I do.
Feel free to contact me to talk about your projects, I would love to hear about them. Cheers
