Hi! I'm Rachel. I have been a Customer service Representative for US-based online shopping and Telco company. I am experienced in Email, phone, and chat support, along with order processing, changes, refunds, and complaints for the past 5 years. I have extensive with using Zendesk and TalkDesk and have extensive experience with Shopify. As a CSR, I developed great conversation skill and maximum patience in handling customers and have worked with different forms of customer service.
I make sure that on their first contract, I am able to assist with whatever concern they have and provide them with a resolution that can surely guarantee their customer satisfaction.
