Experienced Entrepreneurial Coach with 30 years experience as 'start-up' banker, helping entrepreneurs building and funding successful business plans and assisting in funding rounds.

Raf, a Belgian citizen, living part of the year in Belgium and the other part in the Philippines, is an experienced entrepreneurial coach and business consultant specialized in assisting start-ups with the development of their business model, business plan and funding application.
Next to his work as entrepreneurial coach, he specialized in export market analysis, export business planning.

Experience:

For nearly 30 years, Raf held different management positions in the field of risk analysis in major banks in Europe, Africa and Asia.

As strategy consultant he was working for a credit union in the Philippines and developed their strategic plan 2013-2018.

He assisted a family business in developing their export marketing plan for the export of VCO to the European market. Product was successfully introduced during SIAL 2014 in Paris.

Actually he is working a the strategy adviser for a Chinese retail group in the Philippines assisting them with their business plan for the expansion.

Raf is also teaching and resource speaker for seminars and trainings. As college professor in Brussels and the Philippines he is teaching business development and financial planning (Brussels-Belgium) and entrepreneurship and financial management in Davao Philippines

Work Terms

I am available on project base.

My hourly rates are 50 USD/hour for short and punctual assignments.

Long assignments such as business planning and export strategy development are on a fixed project price based on a professional fee of 35 USD/hour.

- following payments based on deliverables
