With over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, I specialize in GxP Training, Learning Technology, and Knowledge Management. My academic background in Art History, Literature, and Journalism has provided me with a unique lens through which to tackle complex challenges. As the Global Head of Learning Innovation, I've led transformational projects, including the development of a Knowledge Management Ecosystem that served as a technical main enabler for a global clinical development department undergoing an Agile transformation. This ecosystem catered to 6,000 employees across 50 countries, fulfilling 300 different roles.
In my role, I've overseen the implementation of state-of-the-art technology solutions, including Appian's workflow engine, FAQ Bot technology, and a company-wide search engine. I've also been responsible for migrating over 50 departmental Sharepoints to create a single source of truth for organizations. My work has led to immediate user engagement, increased GxP compliance, and a more attractive workplace for employees.
I bring a strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, and blended learning to the table. I am a certified Lead Trainer and ID9 certified instructional design Trainer. My expertise extends to project management, change management, digital learning, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication.
