The work terms depend on the type of package your company wants. I have chosen this as a career and my availability depends on the type of package you have opted for. As a virtual assistant, i have set aside 6 to 8 hours of my day to execute any duty for my clients.

The payment terms depend on the kind of package you opt for. Our payment covers hourly rate, weekly rate and monthly rate and can also be project based ( that is, I do your virtual assistant job for a certain project). the package can also be Contract based where a stipulated period of time is bought and i do all your virtual assistant jobs for that period of time until the contract period expires.

As a freelancer, one of the most important aspect in the payment terms is whether or not an advance should be given before commence of the job. I believe in my job and also believe in my clients and as a result i get paid at the completion of my job based on the type of package you opt for.

Preferred communication style is via emails and text messages. You send mails containing information and instruction of what you require me to do and how it should be done specifying the deadlines for the completion of the jobs and i do your job and mail it back to you and every job done can be reviewed to suit my client's taste.
