Born and raised in NYC but currently reside in Honolulu, Hawaii. Did 6 years in the military and a content writer for search and rescue cases and law Enforcment. Graduated from Hawaii pacific university with a bachelors in finance and economics. One of the best things in my life was being able to travel with military and from each destination being able to write about environment and the aura around the culture.

During my college years : I made myself adhere to a professional work ethic, even when I wasn't getting paid. When a studio hires you to write a script, they generally give you three months to write it. So during college, I would write a script every three months. Four scripts per year. Every year. Without fail. I looked at it like a guitarist learning to play scales; sheer repetition forces you to get your basic chops down.

I surrounded myself with creative people with trustworthy instincts, and I'd lean on them for notes on my material. It taught me how to properly execute a good note, find the value in a bad note, and politely ignore a totally batshit insane note (i.e. the most vital survival skills for any writer in Hollywood.)
