Certified Corporate Trainer/IELTS Trainer

I have a rich experience of 30 years in training and development . I have been associated with the call centre industry and have grown as trainer .
I believe in honing the skills of the individual by helping them improve on the grey areas .
I prefer one on one training session as it gives the person the confidence to speak freely .
I also like to share regular feedback which helps a person build on their skill and see the improvement .I am approachable and have a knack of mirroring the person to his /her level of understanding .
