My experience includes working in the Finance and Business Management department of leading investment banks in Europe and Asia as well as a financial start up.

- JP Morgan (Singapore) - I helped them with the spin-off of their physical commodity business. This also included streamlining processes of the remaining derivatives business, offshoring some tasks and performing a review of the profitability of the remaining business. I participated in the migration of certain deals to a new platform. I also managed the production and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet for my business unit.
- Goldman Sachs (Hong Kong) - I helped them with improving several processes from task automation to offshoring. I also produced the P&L and the Balance Sheet for certain businesses.
- UBS (Zurich) - I took part in new business initiatives as well improving the reporting system.
- Forex.ch (Geneva) - I helped this financial start up with the acquisition of its Swiss banking license. This involved creating separate departments, building processes and implementing reporting and KPI.
