With over a decade of experience in the Information Technology field, I have developed a versatile skill set ranging from Windows server administration to network infrastructure support and vulnerability management. As a highly skilled problem-solver, I am known for my strong communication skills and ability to excel in team-focused environments.

Holding certifications such as EC-Council CEH, MCSA: Windows 10, CompTIA A+, and Google IT Support, I am well-versed in platforms like Tenable.IO, Windows 10 & Server 12-19, Office 365, and VMware ESXi. I also possess programming expertise in languages like PowerShell, Python, and SQL Query.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University and an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Instituto Tecnológico de PR.

Throughout my career, I have held several key positions, including Sr. Infrastructure Support Analyst at Insight Global, IT Manager at The Woodlands Resort, and Desktop Support Analyst at Repsol. My ability to improve processes and enhance security has led to numerous successful projects and achievements in my various roles.

In my spare time, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends, exploring new programming languages, and sharing my knowledge with others as a mentor and technology resource.

Work Terms

Availability: I am available to work on projects Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (in your timezone). If weekend work is required, it can be arranged with prior notice.

Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential. I prefer to communicate via email, phone, or video conferencing. I will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Project Scope: Before starting any project, we will discuss and agree upon the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Any changes to the project scope after the commencement of work may require additional time and cost adjustments.

Deadlines: I am committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines. In case any unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the project timeline, I will promptly inform the client and discuss alternative solutions.

Payments: Payment terms will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis. Typically, a deposit of 50% is required before the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments can be made via your preferred method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

Confidentiality: I respect the confidentiality of my clients and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without prior consent. Upon request, I am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Revisions: I will provide up to two rounds of revisions for each project deliverable, as long as the requested changes align with the original project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of the final payment, the client will have full ownership of the completed work, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination: Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the point of termination, and any deposit paid will be applied to that balance.
