I worked as a customer support for different account. First , is ftd.com , it is an online account wherein customers calls us to order flowers. Besides processing orders, we also process refunds. After that i worked at target, one of the leading malls at a america , i work as a helpdesk assistant wherein we answers calls of a store team member asking for our authorization if we will accept the return or exchanges request of customers, After that i worked at T-mobile as a general care specialist, my scope of work are technical, customer service, upselling, financial, retention and billing. After that i worked at Hnr block as a appointment settler for those who wanted to loan . After that i transfer to At&t uverse as a technical support for australian client. I also take part time job as a online english tutor for korean, japanese and chinese . And take part time as a trainer as english proficieny teacher for man to man classes.
