Friends and family call me "Joy". A loving wife and a mommy of 2 lovely kids. I love music,fashion and cooking. I worked as a customer service for more than 8 years and that experience made me knowledgeable on handling different people with appropriate approaches. I shifted from officebased job to homebased to have more time with my family and became a virtual assistant that specializes in e-commerce. I'm someone that embraces challenges and new learnings. I enrolled to some virtual assistant camp and studied self taught videos and articles to help me with this new career. Work Terms
