Project management, cost monitoring and control, planning, budget, schedule and business plan.

I am a Senior Project Manager certified IPMA Lev. B, during last fifteen years I managed projects and programs in Italy, Europe, Asia and Middle East area as Area Responsible Project Manager inside Program Management Department Area (Supply and Implementation) of the Order oriented company.

I used to manage project matters listing as follow: Developing, Supply, Integration and Installation of Radars equipment, Telecommunication equipment, Software Development and equipments integration so to cooperate into Air Traffic Management environment and Security and Government environment as well.

I have very important experience in project management and in coordination of commercial activities, in national and international environment inside multinational companies with complex organization and in the forefront of technology.

I successful involved to obtain the CMMI Level3 Certification.

Work Terms

Full time working hours, either defined tasks or hourly.
Available to have skype, webex video conference and meeting.
Available to travel world wide.
