Ricci Stivers is the Owner of Ascent Business Consulting and Coaching and our Executive Coaching Consultant. Ricci has been an instrumental Corporate Trainer and a Professional Development Lecturer for the past 15 years and is well versed in developing training material, be it videos, workbooks or study guides. She has years of experience in giving full course lectures that covers personal character and success, and shaping your business strategy and corporate practices.
In gaining her knowledge and understanding of the diverse and unique types of people and business, making a plan and a set of goals tailor-made for your personality, your specific needs, combining your business practices has been an effective priority and focus in successful and profitable consulting. She has learned to utilize her position to foster and nurture practices that promote a more pleasant and efficient working environment for her own personal life and business, and will do so for yours.
