I have been in the outsourcing industry since 2009. Previously, I had been involved in a variety of industries: sales, finance, research, recruitment, food retail and IT.

My experiences in work; and in life, have shaped my 5 non-negotiable core values: COMMITMENT, RESPECT, COMPETENCY, DISCIPLINE and TRUST. These are my guiding principles in every decision that I have to make every single day regardless of the situation. Most businesses look at core values just as words to complete a website. But in truth aligned values are the key to every successful business.

My core values are the foundation of my PURPOSE and VISION: To elevate the perception of outsourcing beyond that of a cost saving strategy and contribute significantly to the achievement of growth and sustainable success of my clients.

Aligned values, purpose and vision are the basis for recruiting talent on-board a project and in building relationships with clients. Without aligned values, purpose and vision, your enterprise will be like a ship sailing on the ocean aimlessly; no direction, no guidance.

The roots of these values were implanted in my youth having hard-working parents who taught me that no job should be beneath you if it is for the greater good. And as an athlete who succeeded despite physical limitations. When you're COMMITTED and DISCIPLINED to any task or endeavor, you will achieve COMPETENCY. When you apply your COMPETENCY with DISCIPLINE, you will earn the RESPECT of your client. When you give your client RESPECT, you will earn their TRUST.

With these, I don't FEAR the reality of FAILURE; in fact, I embrace it. The idea of failure motivates me to become better and stay more focused because my clients have placed their TRUST in me. I'm not afraid to fail because I know failure exists for a purpose.

Thus, I am not afraid to experience LIFE with all its mysteries. I love to explore new places, live and breathe culture and experiment with different cuisine.

Work Terms

My work hours are flexible; I can accommodate your preferred hours of operation or design a schedule that will guarantee time-tables are met without compromising quality of work. In outsourcing, we are very conscious of time-management.

I accept work on a pay-per-hour schedule or on a fixed payment per project arrangement.
