Worked in content writing industry for the past three years. During this span, I learnt that the key to write a readable article is to understand our customers' mind-set first. Their need towards client products is what we need to capture while writing a product based article.

Gone are the days when writers primarily focused on product selling write-ups. Today, its all about gratifying readers and helping them find what they search for.

With time, I realized that understanding customer perspective is what I've always been intrigued with and would continue with the same drill.

Lately, I've developed a liking towards the Saas Industry. Understanding how cloud based products, like e-learning and knowledge base software, are shaping the goals and objectives for organizations is quite a new experience for me. But no matter what, learning new concepts and writing about them is what driving my creating mind for long, and will continue to do so.

Work Terms

As I am already working, it only gives me the opportunity to work during weekends. However, if the project I landed with needs to be delivered on urgent basis, then I could work at flexible hours.
