Certified Transcriptionist, Entrepreneur

OVERVIEW

A certified transcriptionist is one of my expertise. I further have a degree in entrepreneurship, making me vast in the business field. Adept Technologies is where I became a certified transcriptionist and it is from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where I got my Entrepreneurship degree. From the East Africa Institution of Certified studies, I got my computer certificate on computer packages making me skilled in computer applications such as Microsoft office.

I worked as a sole proprietor for one year, doing sales of a variety of products including: clothes, soft drinks and garments. I further did product promotion for the BIDCO company for six months selling a variety of their products. Hence, making me familiarise with customer relations and business ethics. I am acquainted in software such as Express Scribe and Otter.ai that help in my transcription. I participate in E-commerce through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram that have proven useful in market creation and expansion.

I am a motivator to others and believe that any work can be accomplished as long as the right effort is applied. My experience in the business and online field has made me attain skills such as communication skills, fast and accurate typing speed of 41WPM in the case of transcription, marketing skills, good listening skills, fast in work completion time and a great feedback analyst.
