Mabrox was founded when it's CEO was approached by two individuals who worked before in the business as representative, Virtual Assistant, Team leader, Business Development Officer and Team Manager. The two, who really love working in the BPO business, also wanted to have a say in the day-to-day operations.The CEO, an engineer by profession and a businessman by occupation, sensing the enthusiasm of the two individuals coupled with the vision that they could make a difference on their small province by creating jobs, instantly agreed.
On April 2018, Mabrox was born.
After a month, or on May 2018, Mabrox commenced operations. It started with five (5) agents and have a telecom cold calling campaign as it's initial client. Today, it has 40 employees including 4 managers and supervisors.
Mabrox clients came mainly from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore. Mabrox specializes in providing services to companies who wants to augment their businesses with capable and reliable virtual assistants.
In their years in business, Mabrox has been doing inbound and outbound calls. It has a job portfolio that includes working in telecommunications, logistics, home repair and improvements, real estate, health and fitness, Air BNB, digital marketing, construction, online stores among others.
It boast of multiple internet connections and back-up power to insure that there will be no interruptions while doing their job.

Work Terms
Mabrox Outsourcing is very flexible when it comes to it's operation. Minding the time difference between Mabrox and it's clients, they will work to whatever time their clients want. They can be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mabrox prefers to be paid on a weekly basis. They can be reached via email, Skype or WhatsApp.
