Job Functions:
Database Management:
? Salesforce Admin: Assign Registered Leads to respective sales rep. Worked closely associated with the Sales team for necessary feedbacks.
? Pulling Salesforce reports for Leads, Opportunities, and Accounts etc…
? Data mining: Mining new contacts through web research (Using websites like LinkedIn, Insideview and Zoominfo etc.) and thus building database for email campaigns
? MS Office: Used MS office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint for maintaining database and customer data
