Hello,
My name is Roxane and I am a French native speaker from Belgium.
For many years, I have been working as a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative for international companies. My ability to communicate with foreign customers in several languages (French, English, German, Dutch, Italian, and basic Spanish) has always been an asset. My long experience within those companies has proved that I am a very responsive, prompt, and mindful worker.
In 2013, I decided to quit my job and my comfort zone. I traveled a lot and wrote for a travel blog at that time. I have excellent grammar and spelling skills in French and English (C1).
For about 4 years now, I regularly proofread and write content in English and French for a web designer I am working with. I have some experience in SEO and WordPress/Divi. I have also volunteered as an English-French translator for an online newspaper.
In 2018, I started working for an artist studio as an executive assistant (also in Cambodia) but due to the global pandemic, I am back in Belgium and am currently unemployed. That's why I decided to take an online training course as a proofreader and editor (in French) and I am ready to start to work again.
I would like to put my skills to the service of others as a translator, a proofreader, or a copywriter. I am a quick learner, conscientious, reliable, prompt, and not afraid to face new challenges.

Work Terms
I am currently based in Europe (GMT+1) but I am open to work according to other time zones (the US or Asia).
My preferred communication style would be by email but I am also available by phone (WhatsApp, Messanger, Skype...) if necessary.
As for the payment terms, I would be grateful to receive payment at the end of each mission, but I am open to other options if you think this is necessary.
