IT Support with the personal touch.

This is just to introduce myself, I am the IT director of InstanceUK which provide IT Support for local businesses around Essex and UK. We pride ourselves in giving the best services at a very competitive price.

We offer 2 service agreements, the first is a monthly recurring Fixed Fee contract which is based on the amount of hardware/users you have in the business. The other is an ad-hoc hourly agreement, this is charged hourly at £35 p/h.
Most of our support is remote with such software as TeamViewer or VNC meaning we can support you over the phone instantly giving you the piece of mine that we are only a phone call away to fix your problems. We also offer onsite support to assist with any issues or new setup of hardware.

Microsoft Software – Microsoft Server, all Microsoft desktop versions, Office
Accounting software – Sage, ACT!, Select Pay, IRIS, Quick books.
Mac OSX – all versions of Mac OSX along with office for Mac
Networking – We support all networking hardware including HP, Cisco, NetGear, Draytek.
Hardware – All types and makes of servers, All Desktop/portable PC’s, Tablets, Mobile phone screen repairs, Printers, Scanners.
VOIP – With the cease of ISDN lines soon approaching we now can offer our clients brilliant VOIP solutions for their business.

At InstanceUK we have had experience in supporting a range of businesses from Legal, Recruitment, Estate agents and Market traders. We understand every business is different and requires a different sort of support.
