I am Sajjad Sarwar, Software Quality Assurance Lead in a Custom Web Development Company.

I worked more than 3000 Project almost all field of life. Especially for the online property Search IDX based, Shopping Websites, Online Drag and Drop Editor Testing, Websites with custom CMS and Payment Gateways with API's.

I have very good experience not just as Quality Person but as a project lead. I am good to collect the requirements from the client and then create a proposal on the random requirements too.

My education is Master in Information Technology. I am hardworking and result oriented. Being a Team Lead I am always dedicated to work with team not only with the Testers but also with the developers. Bugs tracking, logging issues, testing, reporting, support and communication with clients. Support Phase, with user manuals, video tutorials of the application for the clients.
Responsive Testing of the application in different devices. Cross Platform testing. IE compatibility testing. Firefox, Chrome and Safari testing in different OS.
For the issue logging I have used Jira, ActiveCollab with full experience.

I am using Microsoft Lync, Skype for the general communication with client.
