Work Terms

AshCo Office Hours
Monday - Thursday 9am-3pm
Outside of Office Hours is Appointment Only.

AshCo offers an initial free consultation, where an intake is done to determine a high-level scope of the project and if we would be a good fit for each other. Once this is established AshCo will send a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for you to sign before we can conduct any work together. The PSA covers 1. Services 2. Personnel 3.Independant Contractor 4. Payments 5. Confidential Information 6.Indemnification 7. Intellectual Property 8. Term, Termination + Suspension 9. Nonsolicitation 10. Notices

Once the PSA has been signed, we can move forward with a Proposal. Once a Proposal has been signed and a deposit paid, you can be placed on the schedule and the work may begin.
