To introduce myself, I am Sasanka Sekhar Banerjee, having 18+ years of experience in various functional and technology domains.

Professionally, I am a Certified Scrum Master, Certified in Innovation Management, PMP and TOGAF 9.1 Trained professional having worked in all phases of Software Development including Design, Development, Maintenance, Performance Management and Tuning.

Primary objective is Technical leadership with Innovative approaches.
My passion is to simplify processes, architecture and finding better way of delivering products.

Hands-on with Java and a heavy adoption of Open Source technologies for the last 15 years, prior to that I had worked in PowerBuilder/Sybase implementing various Client Server based projects.

I have also worked in Python for few system level developments including release process automation.

My last 10 years has been focusing on agile transformation for the team, implementing TDD/ATDD based approach and other Design principles for better delivery.

On a Personal front, I love reading travelogues, travelling and knowing different cultures with special interest in local culinary delicacies.
