Have successfully managed a spectrum of activities encompassing business development, key account management, customer relationship and channel management across North - East India for both start-up & established organisations viz; Renaissance Softech, PC Solutions, COMPCARE & SUPERREQ.

- Good understanding of channel partner ecosystem & maintaining strategic relation with OEM.
- Providing excellent technical support through Working closely with focus Channel Partners in terms of supporting them for End User meeting, hands-on training,Pre-Sales activities, POC, and Deployment with help of our Presales/support teams.
- Carrying out complete transactional cycle from order picking to issue handling on execution to ensure satisfactory delivery to partners and payment follow-ups ending up complete sale cycle.
Instrumental in winning the competitive large accounts and managed to be their trusted vendor. A perfect team player who participates in team activities besides sales, also gets involved in some marketing activities.
