Indie animation for the next generation!
Hello! My name is Sean Taras, and I'm an independent 2D animation artist based in San Antonio, TX, United States. I come to the animation industry with an extensive background in art, an unstoppable spirit, and a big dream: to usher in the revival of hand-drawn animation for the years to come!
After studying and practicing art in various forms as a hobby for over 20 years, in 2020, I made the decision to shift my career path and focus on my true passion: creative work. I studied animation at acclaimed online digital arts college CG Spectrum, where I was trained in the fundamentals of animation under industry veteran mentorship. After this illuminating and exciting experience, I went on to start forging my path as a freelance animator and artist.
To date, I've successfully completed projects for clients in online music streaming, social media content creation, and indie TV show development. I'm exciting to take on my next adventure!
Work Terms
I primarily work during American business hours, but I'm happy to accommodate clients in other time zones. My rates are variable, based on project needs and scope, and highly competitive. Every project is unique and different, so let's get talking and turn your vision into reality!
