Working in ServiceNow since 2012 and have done Incident, Change, Problem, On Call Schedule, Notify, Event Management, Discovery, Reporting, Orchestration, CMDB implementation. Implemented more than 150 catalogs including design approach and work flow. Automated cloud provisioning, typical Server related tasks, AD activities using Orchestration. Integrated several applications such as SAP Solman, LDAP, HPSM, Splunk, Twilio etc. with ServiceNow. Have implemented custom application to use in Financial Management, Cab booking based on the requirement. Been part of several upgrades and holding certifications in ServiceNow such as CSA, CAD, ITSM, Event Management and several micro certifications.
