I grew up a gear head, working on muscle cars with my dad. I have experience with all kinds of work from laying tile and building houses to designing and producing inflatable satellite antennas and rough duty river boats made entirely from plastic. I have experience working with the government as a contractor in aviation logistics for the Navy and the Marine Corps.
If you are looking for an engineer to help design products while keeping the big picture in mind, I'm your guy. Thanks to my experience with parts procurement and supply, and my experience working on things to repair or maintain them, I have a much better idea about what really matters when it comes to design. I hate when engineers forget that someone will have to perform maintenance on a part later, or when they put an oil filter on a car in a place where it's always going to make a mess.
Work Terms
Available for work up to 20 hours per week, weekends preferred. Will communicate via phone call, text, email, and video chat.
