Over the years I have struggled with weight, fitness and healthy living choices! Today I am happy to say...I have remade myself! I now coach individuals and help them get on the right track! This includes food knowledge ( re: organic, nongmo products, portion control, daily sting routines, etc), excersize routines ( whether at home, outside or in a gym), grocery shopping assistance, supplements/vitamins/herbs consumption and much more. I am available a variety of hours, depending on the needs of my client. I started this company because of my passion for a healthy lifestyle. I decided to combine my education as a Recreational Therapist and my experience as an educator to help others transform their lives. These services encompass the overall individual. I work with you to address your physical, social, spiritual and overall daily living to ensure that you are working towards your desired healthy lifestyle goals. Plans are constructed based on an individuals needs and goals. This can include information on natural, organic, nonGMO products, physical fitness routines, meal planning, relaxation/recreational routines, self improvement plans and much more.
