My area of expertise is automated ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL 2000 - 2017, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, DTS/SSIS, VB Scripting and BCP. My career's primary focus has been data integration automation, process optimizations, QA automation, business intelligence back-end support and enterprise application bridge work. I have experience providing complex solutions to support reporting teams, BI dashboard teams and software development teams. The solutions I create are reusable, re-entrant, portable, fully annotated, and coded for performance from the start. As a developer I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years. I understand the needs of my clients and how to help them achieve their goals. My programming experience covers a wide range of languages and development philosophies that include project management; business needs analysis, budget management, and iterative application design and development.

In addition to years of successful development I also have experience as a process engineer, technical lead, sustain lead, data governance engineer and remote workforce manager. Using a partnership management style I have lead a team of 6 developers and a process engineering department. I have worked remotely out of my home office for nearly 11 years. Work Terms

I charge $80 per hour with weekly invoices. I am available during any time zone for scheduled meetings and brainstorming sessions. My work includes full documentation and training.
