Hi, my name is Shaoi M. Gransa and welcome to my world of words!

E.B. White once said, “It is not often that someone comes along who is a true friend, and a good writer.” And yes- I am a true friend and a good writer. I have a passion for writing anything under the sun. The more I write, the more that my creative juices get rolling. I have been working online as a freelance writer, proofreader, transcriptionist and customer service manager for the past six years. Yes! We women love to multitask.

That is on top of my job as a mother. My four lovely daughters (aged 6,8,14, and 16 years old) keep me on my toes. I am a mother and a mentor to them. On some days, you can smell freshly baked cakes and pastries wafting over our kitchen. Baking is pretty much like writing. You get to mix the right ingredient and the right temperature to produce the best tasting pie or cake ever. Like baking, I write for love, and profit.

Creativity and passion go hand in hand. I design and create paper crafts such as invitations, party necessities and a whole lot more. Crafting releases my creative side, and in fact, it is through this that I get nuggets of inspiration to write.

These three phrases fueled my passion for writing. I am a contributor to various writing and freelancer sites on a variety of topics. And yes, like a good marriage, reading and writing is so much intertwined. I write so people can resonate with what they read. I create and write content with a purpose.

Work Terms

I work 12 hours a day during weekdays and treat weekends as days spent with my family. My rates are always negotiable.
