Shay has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Events, and Strategic Partnerships with clients ranging from fashion and e-commerce to tech (both b2b and b2c) sports, fitness, health, and wellness, thought leaders, professional athletes, food & beverage, consumer goods, and wearables/hardware. Previously, Shay also managed PR for an Asian-based branding agency, leading PR and communications for North American operations. She is the Chief Revenue Officer for Metro Sports & Entertainment Group dba Metro Esports.
RKPRA has successfully launched numerous e-commerce brands and other direct-to-consumer products across multiple industries. Shay has worked from handling the execution of multi-tiered PR campaigns, global and regional go-to-market strategies, influencer marketing campaign management, content curation and development, experiential events, media activations, strategic partnerships, and event publicity resulting in top-tier media coverage while emphasizing revenue-generating activities.
RKPRA has also consulted numerous companies on a project basis to increase awareness regionally, nationally, and, in some cases, internationally. In 2021, she and business partner Hunter Park successfully launched Royal Entertainment Events, LLC, an event management, experiential marketing, beer staffing and vending, and brand activation agency focused on tradeshows, festivals, concerts, sports, music, and live and virtual events.
Wielding a mastery of marketing, talent and brand management, and event promotion, the successful agency offers a complete menu of PR and major events planning services to a highly diverse client base. In addition to creating and implementing traditional public relations campaigns, she has successfully grown online and social presence for all clients and executed countless launches, organized events, and media tours. She has been featured and quoted as an industry expert in the Marketing2Women Conferences, Today’s Chicago Woman, ABC, and CommPro.
