Customer Service Expert (B2B and B2C)

I am a customer service expert with over ten years of experiences in customer facing and remote roles in B2B and B2C environments. My remote customer service experiences includes mainly phone support and covers sales, telemarketing and appointment setting in industries such as real estate, insurance and ecommerce; I also have experience working in social media management. Clients I have worked for include Harcourts Sheppard Property, Zoomerrands, Green Guru Network, Ann Carlo Enterprises Limited, Le Studio Webdesign and Legal Compliance Systems.


In terms of being tech savvy, I have extensively used Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Hangouts and Skype; I have the ability to quickly grasp the concept of how to use other desktop and web applications.
