Work Terms

Remarks:

1. VAT & Any other Taxes have to be paid
2. Support Cost is free for Remote support. Onsite support after Go-live will be
provided at additional cost.

Payment Terms

• 40% payment in advance
• 20% before migration into live server
• 40% payment after testing and fixing all bugs.

Support & service:
Lifetime support and service will be available in online. For live support or training, an additional cost will be added.

Requirements needed from Client
 Domain Name
 API/Payment Gateway for Integration (We will Integrate it)
 Company Logo if you have or we can Design it.
 Color/Layout Preferences
 Links for FB, Linked-In & Twitter etc.
 One point of contact for project coordination
 CPanel/Ftp
 App Store/Play Store Account

Key Responsibilities:

Inspo Digi World -
 Make the team available for Design and Development
 Set up communication channels
 Update client regularly on project status

CLIENT –
 Provide timely responses on queries.
 Provide timely review comments on all updates sent by team.
 Assign point of contact who will be responsible for project coordination.
 Provide access to required test environment, hosted tools etc. for smooth project
execution
Next Steps: To take advantage and proceed with the project as outlined, Client’s next steps must be to-
 Accept the proposal as-is
 Discuss desired changes with us
 Finalize and sign contract
 Submit initial payment of 40 percent of total project fee

Once completed, Inspo Digi World will contact Client to schedule a project launch meeting to make introductions and gather information before beginning the work.

We’re happy to make changes to project scope on Client’s request at any time, but may be subject to additional billing.
