Having more than 25 years experience, I have a work experience in Diagnostic, Pharma (oncology) and Biotechnology Industries. I have a team of 3-4 members who assist me, I train the people who joins newly in my department, guiding them, assign the job, let them think for innovative work. We work as a team, we set targets ourselves, follow the SOPs.
I am maintaining Targets, Weekly/Monthly sales plans & weekly achievement, Target Vs achievement & large data for Primary & Secondary Sales, I have good knowledge in excel using Pivot tables, vlookup, I have designed many formats which gives the best information to the management & field personnel to understand what they are doing. I prepared appraisal of field staff using a MIS on their performance on many aspects. I help my team in preparing the attendance of field staff salaries, expense processing, call average analysis.
