What We Offer?
o We connect with an international company with a substantial size that has any interest in building a profitable partnership with the commercial sector and/or the Indonesia Government.
o Discuss with the foreign party and decide which opportunity available in Indonesia that will enrich both international and local parties.
o Run the feasibility examination, including the country and market overview related to the industry, followed by a deeper analysis of the estimation for revenue, profit, and options available. A positive result will lead to a proper business plan, which also functions as a decision document for board members/shareholders of the foreign company.
o Design a profound strategy and support the foreign company to complete the establishment of a partnership between the two parties relating to:
- Relation with the parties in the existing industry
- Policy/law related to the industry
- Government
o Facilitate the foreign party with years of knowledge and hard-obtained relation with top Indonesian Government, including the minister, senate, and C++ member of the state-owned enterprise to close the deal. Also, facilitate the need for lobbyists and negotiators for the foreign party.
o In further timebound, we will solve any strategical issues and manage their business if required.
