I have a Bsc. in Food Chemistry with 7yrs experience in Quality Control with 3yrs primarily dealing with GMP/HACCP. I guided The Jamaica Biscuit Company Limited to successful GMP Certifications from Guelph Food Technology Centre (GFTC) with successive Gold Ratings during the period 2011 – 2013 as well as completion of a successful Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Regulatory Inspection done in May 2013.
