I am a lawyer by profession and have completed my LLM from SOAS, University of London. My area of expertise is commercial law and contracts. Drafting of legal documents and providing legal opinion are my forte. I have worked as a consultant for various entities including telecommunication firms, banks, healthcare monitoring boards and have provided legal opinions and legal drafts on various matters including property transactions, contractual and commercial matters. I am also a Mediator with ADR-ODR International and Singapore International Mediation Institute. In addition I am also a legal academic and have been teaching undergraduate and a level law students since 2007 to date.
