Work Terms
At St. Dominic, we have 3 Process teams working for our customers;
1)The Project Manager (PM) - is responsible for understanding customer needs and looking for valuable solutions to their problems. The PM understands that ultimately, it is our customers' business success and not just the project completion that should define the end point of our efforts. He assigns the project to team of analyst whose expertise is highly suitable to the job.
2)The Analyst - is responsible for the execution and troubleshooting the needs and find alternative ways with client consent, if possible.
3)Account Manager (AM) - is keeping the communication with the client and providing progress report to the client.
